Shipping Policy

Every bike is carefully and professionally partially disassembled, packed, and shipped via Bikeflights using UPS. Bikeflights is the gold standard for bike shipping and we have become a top partner with them. They make claims easy if ever needed, while UPS handles the packages safely in transit.

We use a collection of custom purpose-built boxes, 5 different sizes of foam, and a dozen different custom made protectors to ensure every bike is packaged perfectly, ships safely, and is still easy to re-install.

Most riders do install the bike themselves, as the re-install is pretty straightforward. Usually just needs both wheels, handlebar, and seatpost. Our goal is ride ready but it's not uncommon to need a minor adjustment if a rider installs themselves, otherwise any basic build by a bike shop would cover everything.

All shipments are shipped insured for your peace of mind. If something goes wrong in transit, you're covered.

Next business day processing — no sitting on orders. Orders are packed and handed off to UPS the next business day after payment is received. With tracking provided so you can follow your bike's progress along the way.

Standard UPS delivery is 1–5 business days depending on your location in the continental United States. We ship from Florida so most orders arrive within 3 business days while West Coast may be closer to 4-5. Expedited shipping is certainly available on a case-by-case basis.

We currently ship flat-rate within the contiguous US only. Contact us directly if you're in Hawaii or Alaska and we will get you a custom shipping quote, usually just a couple hundred more.

Prefer to pick up in person? We offer local pickup in Gainesville, FL where we can meet you at our partner store location 3458 W University Ave. Pick-up and test rides are available by appointment only.
