Our Promise
We owe you the bike as pictured and described — or we fix it. Every bike we sell is listed honestly and accurately — photos, specs, and condition. You get the bike as described, period. If your bike arrives damaged or significantly different from what was listed, we will make it right with a free return or otherwise acceptable solution. No runaround.
30-Day Returns
Buying a bike online without riding it first takes trust, and we respect that. Doesn't fit? Geometry not quite right? Something come up? We offer 30 day returns for any reason. Just let us know within 30 days of delivery and note the following conditions:
• A 10% restocking fee applies
• Original and Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• The bike must arrive back in the same condition it was received — unmodified, undamaged
Condition on Return
Returned bikes must be in the exact condition they were delivered. We inspect every bike thoroughly before shipping, and we'll do the same on return. Any damage, modifications, or missing components will be deducted from your refund, so we do recommend professional re-packing and shipping insured via Bikeflights.
